A dark roast built around a single origin: Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highlands, Jiwaka, and Okapa regions, grown by smallholder farmers working predominantly Typica and Arusha Arabica varietals. The cup opens with citrus and a touch of tropical sweetness, deepening into chocolate, tea, and an earthy, full-bodied finish.

Papua New Guinea produces less than 1% of the world's coffee, yet ranks as the second-largest producer of washed Arabica in Asia — rare, sought-after, and roasted dark and slow here to bring out that depth without losing what makes the origin distinct.
