Most coffee blends are made the easy way: different origins are mixed together first, then roasted as one. Sierra Ember is crafted differently.

For this medium roast, the Peruvian beans are roasted separately to reveal their natural caramel sweetness. The Mexican beans are roasted separately to unlock toasted almond, warm spice, and nutty depth. Only then are the two origins brought together in Ohio.

That extra step creates a smoother, more layered cup — one that feels familiar, comforting, and quietly elevated.
